For the 3rd year in a row, Daimler, along with the cross-Group initiative DigitalLife@Daimler has been present at the Mobile World Congress 2019 as an exhibitor. This year’s focus? The significance of strategic partnerships for the digital transformation.
At the booth, visitors could experience technologies and innovations from various departments such as the Cloud based solution eXtollo from the Center of Excellence Big Data and Advanced Analytics, the MB Truck App Portal from our trucks department or the CLA with integrated gaming – the aim always being to expose digitalization activities and initiatives in a visible and tangible way.
To complement the products, services and innovations showcased, we brought 20 external and internal speakers to the stage to share their ideas and knowledge in 14 DigitalLife TechTalks at our booth. Trend topics gravitated around Urban Moblity, eSports, Intrapreneurship or Digital Transformation in Formula 1.
We believe innovation must follow the people’s needs and this is exactly what we are proving with our DIgitalLife@Daimler initiative in collaboration with other departments when showcasing at events such as the Mobile World Congress.
