After 121 years, it’s not uncommon to meet Ford employees whose parents, grandparents and even great grandparents have worked for Ford. At the Rawsonville Components Plant in Ypsilanti, Michigan, Ford CEO Jim Farley – himself a multi-generation Ford employee – met with team members Gary Brabant and Alicia Banks, who both come from multi-generation Ford families.

Ford employees show up in countless ways to help their communities. During the COVID crisis, the team at Rawsonville assembled 55,000 ventilators despite having never worked on one before. Today, they are assembling batteries for Ford electric and hybrid vehicles. Check out the video for Gary and Alicia’s Ford stories.
