Bill MacDonald is the owner of BMG Contracting. His father served in the air force during WWII, and upon returning home worked at Colonel Sam’s GM plants in Oshawa, installing tooling & working on construction projects. Years later, Bill helped transform a portion of our Oshawa Operations into a clean room capable of producing millions of face masks for the Public Health Agency of Canada.
